Kew Lodge, a landed residential site in District 11, sold for $66.8 million to Aurum Land. The purchase, which is 5% above the $63.8 million guide price, marks the first collective sale post the April cooling measures. The 34,433 sq ft site could be redeveloped for luxury houses in the coming future.
